Job Description
Shape the overall commercial strategy and drive business growth for Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills by building strong partnerships, unlocking new opportunities, and maximizing revenue potential. Lead and inspire the Sales, Revenue & marketing team to achieve ambitious targets, strengthen commercial performance, and deliver meaningful client experiences while upholding the excellence of the Pullman Bran
Qualifications
- Strong commercial leadership
- Proven ability to build and lead high performing teams across Sales, Revenue & Marketing
- Experience in Convention center, leisure and resort operations is a strong advantage
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
