Job Description

Oversees and supports the management, configuration, and enhancement of our Human Capital Management System (Dayforce), specifically in the area of benefits administration. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Dayforce, benefits management processes, and data analytics, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our benefits offerings are integrated and effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities:
• HCM System Management: Configure, maintain, and support the Dayforce, ensuring that benefits data flows seamlessly through the system.
• Benefits Administration: Manage the setup, testing, and implementation of benefits-related features within Dayforce, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
• Data Integration: Ensure accurate and timely integration of benefits data between Dayforce and third-party vendors, such as insurance providers and benefits administrators.
• System Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to benefits administration, working with Ceridian IC and vendors as needed.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and recommend system improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of benefits administration.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that all benefits-related processes and data handling comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA.
• Training & Support: Provide training to property HR team members and end-users on the HRIS system related to benefits processes, and offer ongoing support as needed.
• People Management: assist in leading a team of 5 indirect reports


Qualifications

• Certification in HRIS or benefits administration (e.g., CBP, PHR, SHRM-CP).
• Experience with HRIS data integration and third-party vendor management.
• Knowledge of additional HR software solutions or advanced data analysis tools.
This role will be require to travel 10% of the time
