Stratégie RH :
Définir et mettre en œuvre la politique RH en cohérence avec la stratégie de l’entreprise
Piloter les projets de transformation (digitale, organisationnelle, etc.)
Participer aux instances de direction
Culture d’entreprise et hospitalité :
Incarner et diffuser les valeurs de l’établissement
Développer un esprit de service et une culture client irréprochable à tous les niveaux
Fédérer les équipes autour d’une culture commune orientée luxe et hospitalité
Dialogue social et climat de confiance :
Promouvoir une communication ouverte et transparente
Renforcer la cohésion d’équipe et le sentiment d’appartenance
Prévenir et gérer les conflits avec bienveillance et équité
Développement humain et formation :
Identifier les potentiels, accompagner les parcours professionnels et promouvoir la mobilité interne
Concevoir des programmes de formation sur mesure (savoir-être, langues, leadership, standards hôteliers)
Former des équipes multiculturelles à l’excellence et à la personnalisation de l’accueil
Gestion sociale et conformité :
Superviser la gestion administrative RH (contrats, paie, obligations légales)
Animer le dialogue social avec professionnalisme et discrétion
Garantir la conformité aux normes du droit du travail et aux standards du secteur
Qualité de vie au travail et engagement :
Veiller à un environnement de travail sain, respectueux et valorisant
Être à l’écoute des collaborateurs, instaurer une relation de confiance et d’ouverture
Mettre en œuvre des actions de reconnaissance, de fidélisation et de motivation
- Bac +5 en ressources humaines, droit social ou management hôtelier
- Expérience confirmée d’au moins 5 ans en qualité de Directeur des Ressources Humaines dont au moins 3 ans en hôtellerie de luxe
- Maîtrise de l’anglais, la connaissance d’autres langues est un atout
- Excellentes habilités communicationnelles
- Capacités de persuasion et force de proposition
- Compétences en leadership et en intelligence émotionnelle
- Sens de la discrétion et de la confidentialité
- Orientation positive & ouverture sur les cultures
- Connaissances de l’activité hotellière ou des activités similaires de luxe
