Directeur général (H/F)
Le Directeur général assure la planification et la gestion opérationnelles de l’hôtel. Il veille à la satisfaction Client (clients de l’hôtel, collaborateurs, groupe et propriétaires) et à la qualité des services proposés, tout en s’assurant d’atteindre/de dépasser les objectifs financiers.
Le directeur général doit assumer les responsabilités suivantes :
- Etre exemplaire dans sa manière d'être, de faire (management) et incarner l'état d'esprit de la marque
- Mettre en œuvre la stratégie de la marque et de l'établissement afin d’atteindre les objectifs de qualité de service, d’attitude et de rentabilité des départements Hébergement et Restauration ainsi que des ventes directes
- Encadrer l’équipe, développer ses compétences et transmettre l'esprit d'equippe auprès des Heartists par un management approprié de proximité, de convivialité et de transversalité
- Elaborer le budget de l’hôtel
- Mettre en œuvre les projets de la marque en veillant à l'innovation et au renouvellement des offres de service de son établissement et plus particulièrement de l'offre meeting et évènements
- Développer des réseaux locaux
- Anticiper et prévenir les risques
- Maintenir le patrimoine de l’hôtel et proposer les investissements nécessaires
- Veiller au respect des réglementations locales en matière de santé et de sécurité

· Élaborer des objectifs financiers précis et agressifs à court et à long terme en cohérence avec la stratégie de la marque
• Interagir de manière positive avec tous les membres de l'équipe pour garantir une expérience client optimale.
• Favoriser des relations positives avec les propriétaires et maximiser les performances.
