Job Description

Purpose:

-    Support the team in place for the study of all projects signed or under study by our developers (200+)
-    Support our franchise partners and also our managed partners, in order to help our developers to convince our future partners. 
-    Provide a better working environment for the existing team by relieving them of certain projects and allowing them to devote more time to their project, particularly the study of the interior architecture of each project.

Main accountabilities:
-    Manage 15 to 20 projects (not all at the same stage of maturity)
-    In constant contact with the Deputy VP / VP Interior Design to be in sync with the hotel/partner's aspirations
-    Ensure that each step of the mission (contract) is properly completed/documented in order to invoice 
-    Study with the development any potential project in order to help them sign the contract
-    Responsible for the opening of its hotels/rooms so that the ENA Zone opens the number of rooms budgeted


Qualifications

QUALIFICATION / COMPETENCIES:
-    Trained as an architect and having worked for several years as an interior designer 
-    Passionate
-    Team spirit
-    Adaptability
-    Sociable

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
-    Fluent in English, Italian would be an asset
-    Good knowledge of F&B&E
-    Good knowledge of the FF&E part

EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
-    Experience in a major agency 
-    Experience in several hotel projects (within an international BRAND is a must)
