How does your working day look like ...

• In your position, you ensure smooth kitchen processes and maintain a clean and organized workspace, all while creating memorable moments for our guests – even when the prep list grows longer.
• You prepare for your shifts, manage the mise-en-place, and make sure everything is cleaned and stored properly afterwards.
• You are a competent and approachable mentor for our apprentices and interns, as well as a supportive teammate for our young chefs.
• As a trained chef, you enjoy working at the stove, take pride in the quality of your dishes, and always keep your post under control.

Your personality counts more than your CV ...

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a chef and gained first experience as a cook
• You're fluent in both German and English
• You have a desire to learn new things
• You are enthusiastic about live cooking, international cuisine and new food concepts
• You not only bring your skills, but also your character
