Das Restaurant MYSA ist eine Symbiose neu interpretierter, nordischer Kulinarik und modulierter internationaler Küche und bietet den Gästen ein neues F&B Konzept. Das Restaurant ist Teil des Hotels Novotel Hamburg Central Station und liegt im Herzen Hamburgs, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof und der Innenstadt. Die bekannte Einkaufsstraße und Fußgängerzone Mönckebergstraße befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür und in wenigen Minuten erreicht man den Hamburger Hafen. Die 227 eleganten und modernen Zimmer bieten den Gästen Komfort. 5 Tagungsräume und das Fitnesscenter runden das Hotelangebot ab
Als Demi-Chef*in de Partie (m/w/d) bist Du Botschafter unseres Restaurants MYSA, indem Du für unsere Gäste besondere Speisen kreierst.

Was sind Deine Aufgaben:
- Verantwortung für die Zubereitung und das Anrichten von Speisen
- Unterstützung des Küchenchefs und dessen Vertretung
- Überprüfung der Waren und Warenbestände sowie Bestellung der Ware
- Einbringen von neuen Kreationen und Mitwirkung bei der Menügestaltung
- Einhaltung sämtlicher Qualitätsstandards und Hygienevorschriften nach HACCP
Was bringst Du mit:
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin
- Erfahrungen in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
- Leidenschaft für den Beruf, hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und genau die richtige Mischung aus Liebe zum Detail und Pragmatismus
- Freundlichkeit, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Lust auf Teamwork und darauf, Deine Begeisterung und Dein Wissen zu teilen
