Pour son restaurant l’Etage Deauville, notre hôtel Novotel Deauville Plage recherche activement un Commis de cuisine (H/F), en contrat CDI à temps plein 39h.
En nous rejoignant comme Commis de cuisine, vous intégrerez une équipe de 60 collaborateurs dans l’hôtel, dont 11 en Cuisine. Notre hôtel propose aux voyageurs 100 chambres dont 14 suites, un restaurant bistronomique très en vue à Deauville, un bar, un bar à sushis, 1 piscine, 1 salle de fitness et 3 salles de réunions.
Vos futures missions :
Assurer la mise en place et la préparation des produits et des mets
Assurer le nettoyage et l’entretien de la cuisine, dans le respect des conditions d’hygiène et de sécurité
Assurer la gestion des stocks et de l’approvisionnement
Caractéristiques du poste :
- Equilibre entre horaires en continu et coupure
- Discret, courtois, attitude proactive, esprit d’équipe et capacité à travailler en autonomie
- Poste non logé
- Rémunération : à partir de 2058,42€ brut par mois (selon expérience) + indemnités compensatrices de nourriture + prime mensuelle selon atteinte des objectifs qualité
