Job Description

 

Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager  

Department: Sales                                   

Inspired and Supported by: Director of Sales       

 

Your purpose will be:

To identify, develop, and secure corporate sales opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with key corporate accounts for The Savoy. You will drive revenue by leveraging market information, client interactions, and strategic partnerships.

 

You will be accountable for:

  • Identifying and recommending prospective corporate clients through market research and insights.
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive prospect list, building relationships to secure corporate and transient business.
  • Contracting and managing corporate accounts, ensuring commitments are met by coordinating with relevant departments.
  • Negotiating rates within established guidelines and formalizing agreements through written contracts.
  • Collaborating with convention services, catering, and other teams to ensure the delivery of promised services.
  • Preparing and presenting weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports, as well as tracking market trends.
  • Gathering and sharing competitive intelligence to effectively position the hotel in the market.
  • Representing The Savoy at tradeshows, conventions, and promotional events, while participating in sales training programs.
  • Proactively seeking new corporate sales opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Executing action plans to achieve and exceed sales objectives, while meeting deadlines with quality outcomes.
  • Confidently communicating and interacting with decision-makers at all organizational levels.
  • Building and nurturing trusting client relationships with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
  • Managing multiple tasks independently, prioritizing effectively, and demonstrating strong organizational skills.

 


Qualifications

What you will need to do in this role?

  • 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality or luxury service industry, with a focus on corporate sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present confidently to corporate clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
