    Join our Global Corporate Communications team as a member of the Image & Influence unit, where you'll collaborate with specialists in press relations, social media, crisis management, and branding. Your role will involve coordinating and executing comprehensive, cross-functional projects on a global scale, ensuring our brand's image and influence are meticulously crafted and maintained.

     

    Key responsibilities

     

    • Monitoring and analysis:
      • Conduct daily monitoring of Accor's news, the hospitality sector, and competitors.
      • Engage in proactive social media listening to safeguard our e-reputation.
      • Moderate social media comments with the operational support of our agency.
      • Analyze emerging media trends and platforms.
      • Compile reports on media coverage and social media analytics.

     

    • Editorial tasks:
      • Craft briefs and speeches for Top Management and Executive Committee members.
      • Coordinate the improvement of our Newsroom, introducing new features.
      • Oversee the 360 editorial calendar in collaboration with our agency, aligning content with current events and strategic objectives.
      • Brief our social media agency for campaigns and always on contents.
    • Project management:
      • Handle requests from journalists and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
      • Participate to external events organization (such as financial results, general assembly)
      • Foster a robust network of media contacts.
      • Assist in developing and deploying corporate influence campaigns.
      • Organize and coordinate photo and video shoots, ensuring alignment with our brand's image and messaging, while managing logistics, schedules, and collaborations with creative teams and external partners.
      • Engage in collaborative, cross-functional projects with internal clients across various departments (CSR, Procurement, Talent & Culture, DEI, brands…).

    Qualifications

    Candidate Profile

    • Degree from a business school or university (equivalent to Master's level).
    • Exceptional editorial and interpersonal skills.
    • Fluent in English, with excellent adaptability, versatility, and autonomy.
    • Team player, curious, creative, and proactive.
