Ready to take your passion for food to the next level? Pullman Sydney Hyde Park is looking for a vibrant and reliable Cook to join our passionate kitchen team. Whether you’re just starting out or bringing a little experience to the table, this is your chance to get stuck into the exciting world of hotel hospitality.

We’re all about quality, creativity, and a great team spirit — and we’re looking for someone who shares those same values.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assisting with food prep (mis en place) alongside experienced chefs
  • Keeping your station clean, organised and up to hotel standards
  • Helping with stock rotation, unpacking deliveries, and general kitchen tasks
  • Maintaining high levels of food hygiene and cleanliness
  • Supporting daily operations to ensure smooth service across all meal periods

Qualifications

About You:

  • You love being in the kitchen and working as part of a team
  • You’re enthusiastic, proactive, and happy to roll up your sleeves
  • You have a strong work ethic and eye for detail
  • You understand (or are eager to learn) food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to accommodate flexibility with shifts
