Vos missions, si vous les acceptez !
- Gestion des requêtes clients par mail et téléphone (proposition et contre proposition) - différentes boite via SALES FORCE
- Saisie des réservations
- Back up de boite prioritaire
- Suivi des dossiers
- Relance proposition en cours
- Lien avec les commerciaux, sites, Revenue Managers
Êtes-vous le candidat idéal ?
- Vous avez un Bac+2 Relation client ?
- Vous disposez idéalement d'une première expérience en centrale de réservation et/ou dans la gestion de la relation client en hôtellerie ?
- Vous partagez les mêmes envies et valeurs de parler le langage de nos clients… français et anglais étant bien entendu un minimum (à l’oral comme à l’écrit) ?
- Vous êtes animé par la passion du client, vous aimez partager avec les autres et grandir à leurs côtés ?
- Vous êtes aussi organisé, curieux, sociable, dynamique, bienveillant, audacieux ?
- Vous maîtrisez idéalement les outils suivants : Pack office, sales force, Diabolo/micollab
