Conference and Events Coordinator

Our hotel offers 324 comfortable rooms with stunning waterfront and mountain views, as well as 13 versatile conference spaces, making it an ideal destination for both business and leisure travellers. We are now looking for a detail-driven and proactive Conference & Events Coordinator to join our friendly and high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic group, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional events and creating memorable experiences for our clients.

In this role, you will manage all aspects of event coordination, from the planning stages through to post-event follow-up, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. You will work with a variety of events, including weddings, meetings, and corporate functions, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of conferences and events, from coordination and billing to post-event follow-up, ensuring client satisfaction
• Communicate with clients and the internal team, preparing Banquet Event Orders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication and a smooth planning process
• Collaborate with operational teams and on-site partners to ensure events are executed flawlessly
• Oversee invoicing and payments, ensuring all financials align with contract terms and schedules

• Experience in the hospitality or events sector, highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—capable of building rapport and effectively presenting to clients
• Strong project management abilities; adept at multitasking and managing multiple accounts and details
• Passionate about delivering exceptional service and understanding client needs
• Effective collaborator with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution
• Creative and solution-oriented, skilled at resolving client challenges
