Job Description
Working closely with the Sales team you will have the opportunity to work across both meeting and events as well as venue events.
What will you be doing:
- Assisting with compilation of event order through to assist on site management of the event.
- Work closely with other relevant departments to ensure that preparations for conferences have been made and runs smoothly.
- Co-ordination and hosting of familiarisation and site inspection activity including follow-up.
- Attend and assist with weekly Banquets Event Order meetings.
- Assist in the maintenance of conference database of key contacts / clients.
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
- You will pride yourself on your strong verbal and written communication skills.
- You will possess a keen eye for detail and be able to manage competing priorities.
- Due to the high-volume nature of the venue you will be adept at working under pressure in a high-volume environment.
- You will work well in a team environment as well as autonomously.
