Job Description
As a Concierge Agent at Fairmont, you are the face and heart of guest service, creating memorable and personalized experiences for every guest. You play a key role in providing information, recommendations, and assistance to ensure guests have an exceptional stay.
Pay Rate: $20.18/hour
Our hotel will prioritize any candidates who are available from May – September, 2026
Job Duties Include:
- Offer professional, consistent, friendly, and engaging service
- Ensure inter-departmental communication and cooperation in the interest of better guest satisfaction
- Providing accurate information about activities and dining in the hotel and Lake Louise area
- Offering assistance to all guests in making reservations and arrangements for travel, dining, special requests, and activities
- Serve as a liaison for guests by providing information relating to all aspects of the hotel
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar environment will be an asset
- Must possess outstanding guest service skills, including professional verbal communication skills
- Good computer literacy (experience using Property Manager System preferred, and proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel)
- Proven ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, team-based environment
Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
You may be required to work on holidays, weekends, overnights, and other non-day shifts. Submission of your application to Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise indicates that you can meet these requirements as needed.
