Job Description

About the Role :

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, our Communications Agents are responsible for the efficient and courteous delivery of all communication services to external callers and in-house guests.

Our Communications Agents : 

  • Attend to all incoming calls, both externally and internally.
  • Record and distribute messages, or redirect enquires accurately.
  • Provide attentive and accurate information spanning a variety of areas from in house services, to local attractions to reservations enquiries, to name a few.
  • Ensure a professional manner with all correspondence, ensuring communication is represented in line with Hotel standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience within a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Highly motivated with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends & public holidays.
  • Ability to legally work in Australia in a ongoing basis.
