- Assurer le bon déroulement de la production dans le respect des standards
- Maîtriser l'ensemble des recettes.
- Procéder à la mise en place des frigos et des préparations.
- Respecter les règles en matière HACCP.
- Vérifier les dates limites de consommation des produits en vitrine/frigo quotidiennement.
- Entretenir le stand dans sa globalité : nettoyage, remplissage.
- Ranger des stocks.
- Organise son poste de travail en appliquant les consignes
- Effectue le nettoyage, la désinfection et le rangement de son poste de travail et de son équipement/matériel en fonction des directives de son responsable et en respectant les règles et procédures
- Evite tout gaspillage de marchandise
- Contribue à la bonne gestion du petit matériel en évitant la casse
- Applique les procédures et politiques définies par la marque et l’hôtel
- Transmet les informations de manière claire, efficace et professionnelle à ses
- Veille à son apparence, connait et applique la politique Grooming de l’hôtel
