Rejoignez notre équipe culinaire dynamique en tant que commis de cuisine à Bezons, en France ! Nous recherchons une personne organisée et soucieuse du détail pour soutenir nos opérations de cuisine et assurer la préparation et le service des repas.
- Exécuter les plats et les recettes selon les instructions du chef de partie, en respectant les normes de qualité et les contraintes de temps.
- Effectuer les tâches de mise en place nécessaires pour préparer les ingrédients et installer les postes de travail de manière efficace.
- Aider à la mise en assiette et à l'envoi des plats préparés à la salle à manger dans les délais impartis.
- Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et hygiénique, en respectant les règles d'hygiène HACCP et les normes de sécurité alimentaire.
- Participer à la gestion des stocks, notamment en vérifiant et en stockant correctement les livraisons entrantes.
- Collaborer avec le personnel de cuisine pour assurer le bon déroulement des opérations pendant les périodes de service intense.
- Soutenir l'équipe de cuisine dans diverses tâches selon les besoins, en faisant preuve de flexibilité et de volonté d'apprendre.
- Connaissance des techniques de base de préparation des aliments et des opérations de cuisine
- Compréhension des règles d'hygiène HACCP et des pratiques de sécurité alimentaire.
- Capacité à travailler efficacement sous pression et à respecter des délais serrés
- Souci du détail et engagement en faveur de la qualité
- Excellentes aptitudes au travail d'équipe et à la collaboration
- Gestion efficace du temps et capacités d'organisation
- Compétences mathématiques de base pour la gestion des stocks et les mesures des recettes
- endurance physique pour rester debout pendant de longues périodes et soulever des objets lourds (jusqu'à 50 livres)
- Bonne capacité de communication pour interagir avec le personnel de cuisine et l'équipe d'accueil.
- Flexibilité pour travailler sur différents quarts de travail, y compris les week-ends et les jours fériés.
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent (de préférence)
- Une expérience préalable en cuisine est un plus, mais n'est pas nécessaire - nous sommes prêts à former le bon candidat !
