Mission:
Nous recherchons pour notre hôtel [Nom établissement] à [ville] un Commis de Cuisine F/H, en [contrat] à [statut], à partir du [date].
Nous avons les recettes, vous avez le talent. Cuisinez, dressez, envoyez, régalez !
● Vous êtes sous la responsabilité du second de cuisine pour l’exécution des plats, des recettes, dans le respect des délais impartis. (Et c’est parfois le rush en cuisine !)
● Vous effectuez la mise en place nécessaire à la réalisation des plats et participez à l'envoi en salle des assiettes dressées.
● Vous tenez à la propreté de votre lieu de travail et à la sécurité alimentaire en respectant les règles d'hygiène HACCP. Vous participez aux travaux d'inventaire ainsi qu’au contrôle et au stockage des marchandises lors de la livraison.
