Mondrian Mexico City Condesa, con un diseño fascinante y una gastronomía deliciosa, representa la energía de Ciudad de México, un crisol de culturas. Las 183 habitaciones y suites, con luz natural, cuentan con un alegre mural de Ara Starck y presentan una decoración moderna y relajante. El Mondrian Condesa también tiene cuatro restaurantes y bares adorados por la comunidad local.
- Normas Cumplir y superar las expectativas de los clientes y de los miembros del equipo.
- Proporcionar un servicio de valor añadido a los clientes haciendo todo lo que sea razonable y posible para satisfacer o superar las expectativas de los clientes.
- Comunicarse eficazmente con los clientes, los compañeros de trabajo y los supervisores
- Demuestra trabajo en equipo cooperando y ayudando a los compañeros de trabajo según sea necesario.
- Se adhiere a las políticas y procedimientos del hotel:
- Asiste al trabajo a la hora programada
- Sigue las normas del hotel en cuanto a higiene personal.
- Supervisa y controla la limpieza de las áreas y equipos de cocina.
- Se asegura de que se siguen los procedimientos de pedido correctos y de que cada pedido se realiza a través de una orden de capitán.
- Prepara su puesto de trabajo y mise en place según las necesidades diarias y las listas de existencias de piezas.
- Comprobar la preparación del trabajo y la mise-en-place del personal asignado y supervisa el cumplimiento de la tarea.
- Controla el tamaño de las porciones y la presentación, antes de entregar los platos al pase.
- Informa inmediatamente al Sous chef de cualquier irregularidad o problema.
- Realiza la entrega completa al supervisor responsable del turno siguiente.
- Realiza otras tareas asignadas por la dirección.
- Asiste al Chef de partie en sus tareas.
- Asistir a las clases de formación y hacer sugerencias para mejorar.
- Preparar, disponer y servir toda la comida de acuerdo con las normas establecidas por el sous chef.
- Creativo y apasionado por la comida y el servicio al cliente
- Capaz de trabajar en un entorno de alta presión
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación; trabajar en equipo.
- Se requiere licenciatura o diplomatura/certificación en cocina.
RESPONSABILIDADES ADICIONALES
- Comunicarse eficazmente, tanto verbalmente como por escrito, para dar instrucciones claras.
- Mantener la calma y estar alerta, especialmente en situaciones de emergencia y/o de gran actividad, sirviendo de modelo para el equipo y los demás empleados. Interactuar con el personal de otros departamentos y con el personal del centro cuando sea necesario.
- Tomar decisiones y realizar acciones basándose en la experiencia y el buen juicio, revisando a veces los procedimientos para adaptarse a situaciones inusuales.
