- Assist the Commercial Director and other directors in facilitating daily operations and ensuring effective verbal and written communication across the Sales & Marketing Division and other departments.
- Manage documents requiring the Commercial Director’s approval, ensuring all necessary information is complete and accurate.
- Prepare various approval documents and oversee time and attendance management for the Sales & Marketing Division.
- Manage monthly accruals and expenses, ensuring all departmental purchases and services received are accurately recorded.
- Prepare Sales & Marketing expense forecasts for the following month and monitor anticipated expenditures.
- Provide English–Japanese translation and interpretation support as required.
- Attend meetings with the Commercial Director and other directors requiring interpretation support, and prepare meeting minutes when needed.
- Coordinate appointments for the Commercial Director and other directors, ensuring schedules are effectively managed and communicated.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the department.

- コマーシャルディレクターの承認が必要な書類を管理し、必要情報が正確かつ適切に揃っていることを確認する。
- 各種承認申請書類の作成およびセールス&マーケティング部門の勤怠管理を行う。
- 毎月の未払計上(Accrual)および経費管理を行い、部門で発生する購買やサービス利用状況を適切に管理する。
- 翌月のセールス&マーケティング部門の予算・経費フォーキャスト作成をサポートし、予想経費を管理する。
- 必要に応じて日英間の翻訳・通訳業務を行う。
- コマーシャルディレクターおよび各責任者が出席する会議に同席し、必要に応じて通訳業務および議事録の作成(日英)を行う。
- コマーシャルディレクターおよび各責任者のスケジュール管理ならびにアポイントメント調整を行う。
- その他、部門運営に関わる付随業務を担当する。
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in secretarial, administrative, or business support roles, preferably within a Sales & Marketing environment.
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency, with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills with experience supporting senior leaders, managing schedules, and coordinating business activities.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to build positive working relationships across departments.

- 秘書業務、事務職、またはビジネスサポート業務において2年以上の実務経験を有すること(セールス&マーケティング部門での経験があれば尚可)。
- 日本語(ネイティブレベル)および英語(ビジネスレベル以上)の語学力を有し、優れた口頭・文書・対人コミュニケーション能力を備えていること。
- Microsoft Office(Excel、Word、Outlook、PowerPoint)の操作スキルを有すること。
- 管理職の業務サポート、スケジュール管理、および各種業務調整に関する実務経験と高い調整力を有すること。
- 主体性、責任感、信頼性を持ち、細部に注意を払いながら業務を遂行できるとともに、部門間で良好な協力関係を構築できること。
