COME AS YOU ARE AND SHOW WHAT YOU CAN...

An exciting challenge awaits you: we are building our local Reservations team in Zurich – and you will be part of it from day one. Together with your Supervisor and the team, you will ensure that our guests receive outstanding service from their very first contact, turning enquiries into bookings and bookings into anticipation.

How does your working day look like...

• You will be part of our newly established Reservations Team and actively contribute your ideas and experience
• You will handle individual and group reservations through our various booking channels, ensuring that all details are accurately recorded in the system
• You will be the point of contact for our guests, handling reservation enquiries by phone and email
• You will monitor our hotel and reservations inboxes and ensure that all enquiries are handled promptly
• You will work daily with our PMS and reservation systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date guest and booking data
• You will manage and maintain room allotments and allocations
• You will handle invoice amendments as well as the review and dispatch of group invoices
• You will maintain guest profiles in Opera Cloud and ensure a high level of data quality
• You will keep an eye on our returning guests and take care of guest recognition and our relationships with regular guests
• You will find the right solution for special guest requests and complaints, always aiming to create a positive experience
• And above all: Together with the team, you will ensure that our guests feel well taken care of even before they arrive

Your personality counts more than your CV...

• You already have experience in hotel reservations or at the Front Office
• You are highly organised and work in a structured, thorough and reliable manner
• Even when several things are happening at once, you keep a clear overview and know how to set the right priorities
• You enjoy working as part of a team, while also being able to organise your area independently and take responsibility for your tasks
• You communicate confidently in German and English, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages are a plus
• You enjoy interacting with international guests and have a good sense for their individual wishes and needs
• Experience with Opera Cloud is a plus – but what matters most to us is that you are eager to learn, get involved and take responsibility
