Job Description

  • Strategic budget planning;
  • Monitoring budget actual performance and deviations analysis;
  • Organizing accounting of the hotel financial and operational activities;
  • Management, organization and control of the hotel accounting department;
  • Setting up management accounting;
  • Control and analysis of hotel bookkeeping;
  • Completion and analysis of management accounting;
  • Accounting in accordance with international standards;
  • Implementation and maintenance of internal corporate control procedures

Qualifications

  • Higher education in economics, finance or accounting
  • At least 3 years of professional experience as Chief Accountant / Chief Financial Officer

Finance Controller in Hotel Industry;

  • Profound knowledge of Georgian accounting standards and taxation;
  • Expertise in USALI 12 and USALI 11
  • Knowledge of analysis methods of the company financial and operational activities;
  • Experience in management accounting, budgeting, forecasting.
  • Experience in Financial Reporting;
  • Advanced computer user (MS Office, SAP business One solution);
  • Intermediate level in English (secure for the work with foreign manager)
  • Good analytical skills.
