The Island Chapter: Two Openings

We’re bringing LUURA to Paros with two distinctive hotels:

  • Luura Paros Cliff – Opening April 2026 with 39 suites, two Rikas-curated restaurants, and a host of spaces to explore.
  • Luura Paros Sand – Opening the following year with 45 suites and vibrant F&B venues that capture the island’s spirit.

Born of curiosity, raised on culture, these two properties are an invitation to uncover the unexpected — from sea-view suites to buzzing beach clubs — in settings that feel intriguingly unfamiliar yet deeply comfortable.


Job Description

Your Role in the Story

As our Cluster Director of Sales, you’ll be at the heart of positioning, launching, and driving the success of these two unique hotels. You’ll ensure every market segment, from luxury ocean-view suites to lively beach clubs and events, is reached with impact — and that our high standards of brand presence, revenue growth, and client relationships are achieved every day.

This role is about sales excellence with a creative edge: delivering results while shaping the stories, partnerships, and guest experiences that make LUURA unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for overseeing commercial strategies for the hotel. Your goal is managing the asset by connecting strategy and business processes. Business processes should be designed to impact all revenue streams, including focus on Rooms, Catering, Food & Beverage.
  • Lead the development and implementation of both short-term and long-term strategies in all sales, events, and marketing channels to achieve hotel’s revenue goals and increase target market share performance.
  • Produce your hotel's Annual Multi-Year Commercial Strategy Plan, in partnership with on property leaders and regional support.
  • Connect the performance needs for the hotel with the solutions designed by the SLS brand enterprise, in each key segment the hotel serves.
  • Work with Commercial Leadership to ensure that pre-opening and Group Pricing & Rate Quotation Strategies are in place in order to maximize all pricing components of sales and catering opportunities and achieve positive market share.
  • Work with Commercial Leaders to establish optimal business mix, review and validate revenue forecasts to improve accuracy while developing strategies for different demand periods, and review and approve retail and group pricing strategies.
  • Develop and execute departmental expense budget and forecasts.
  • Must be able to train and monitor the group, transient and events contractual, legal and risk agreement practices, establish booking guidelines and pricing expectations, full knowledge of sales and events booking platforms and uphold all company policies and procedures associated with managing these systems.
  • Develop and maintain detailed and real time knowledge of all competitor and market activity.
  • Responsible for recruiting and retention of all sales roles.
  • Lead, engage, and develop team members, including ongoing performance development and Career Development Plans.
  • Liaise with Ennismore/SLS Sales, regional support and brand teams.
  • High level of engagement with customers from all sales segments.
  • As intimate, luxury, service driven assets this position demands that the successful candidate can, on occasion, interact with guests portraying suitable etiquette and focusing on customer experience. To mentor and lead team members to deliver similar skills

Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of five years at a similar role in luxury hotel.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Highly professional presentations and communication (oral and written) skills.
  • English fluency.
  • Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to perform critical analysis.
  • Naturally warm, friendly, and attentive.
  • Excited to work in a fast-moving, people-first environment.
  • Passionate about culture, art, and authentic hospitality.
  • A team player who thrives on collaboration and connection.
