Job Description

As the Cluster Director of Brand & Growth, you are the strategic custodian of the Raffles & Fairmont Doha brands, ensuring that all marketing and communications initiatives are aligned with Accor's global and regional standards. Serving as the primary liaison with Accor’s global and regional brand, marketing, and corporate communications teams, you ensure brand integrity while driving awareness, engagement, and growth across all hotel experiences.

You will lead the strategic development, implementation, and performance of all integrated marketing communication plans while overseeing external agencies, managing key partnerships, and maximizing the impact of every campaign. You’ll play a central role in shaping the perception of the hotel in both local and international markets, while supporting sustainability and community.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Communications or equivalent
  • Minimum of 8 years in Brand Management / Marketing Communications / Public Relations ideally within luxury hospitality or high-end lifestyle brands. Relevant experience in hospitality industry is an advantage.
  • Proven track record in multi-channel marketing, PR, brand partnerships, and agency management
  • Verbal and written fluency in English. Due to the nature of the role, proficiency in Arabic language is requied.
  • Experience working with global brand standards, preferably in an international hospitality group
  • Strong understanding of luxury branding, consumer behavior, and market positioning across GCC and global markets
  • Skilled in media planning, digital strategy, influencer engagement, and visual branding
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
