Reporting to the Director of Resort Experience, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Seasonal dates of position: October 31st through January 10th
- Anticipate guests' needs and creating memorable experiences
- Consistently offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service
- Display precise knowledge of all event activities and experience inclusions
- Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Ensure Five Diamond representation of resort
- Assist guests with directional in an informative and helpful way
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Available evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Visa Requirements: Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
