Founded in 2008 by Serge Trigano and his sons Jérémie and Benjamin (co-founders of Club Med), Mama Shelter is a creator of living spaces and a daily director!

• You’re the hygiene guru, mastering all local health & safety regulations and ensuring we’re HACCP-compliant at every turn. 🧼✔️
• Keep breakages in check and give feedback to reduce losses. Mama’s dishes deserve it! 🍽️💥
• Control costs like a pro and manage payroll efficiently to keep things smooth and flexible. 💸💡
• Take charge of stewarding operations, from staffing to ensuring a clean and organized back-of-house, all while providing friendly and professional service. 👥🔧
• Be hands-on during busy times, assisting your team and leading by example. 🙌💪
• Stay on top of inventories, managing all equipment and supplies so everything’s ready when it’s needed. 📦✅
• Coordinate daily with the kitchen and F&B teams, making sure clean and dry equipment is always available. 👨‍🍳🍷
• Oversee the night cleaning and ensure the highest standards are met across all areas. 🌙🧽
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Hygiene Manager to ensure we’re always in tip-top shape. 👨‍🍳👮‍♂️
• Handle guest and employee inquiries with warmth, professionalism, and a smile. 😊💬
• Lead your team with training, feedback, and mentorship, creating a positive environment where everyone can thrive. 🌟🎯
