Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa is seeking an accomplished Chief Concierge to lead our Concierge team and deliver exceptional, personalized guest experiences in line with Sofitel’s luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Concierge team, ensuring seamless service delivery

• Create memorable, tailor-made experiences for VIP and repeat guests

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners and service providers

• Ensure full compliance with Sofitel brand standards and service excellence

• Handle guest requests and concerns with confidence and efficiency

• Active Les Clefs d’Or member (mandatory)

• Proven experience as Chief Concierge  in a luxury hotel

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and inspire the team

• Excellent knowledge of local attractions, culture, dining, and entertainment in Bahrain

• Exceptional communication and guest engagement skills

• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
