Le Sofitel Luxembourg Europe est l'unique hôtel 5 étoiles du plateau du Kirchberg. Situé en plein coeur du quartier des institutions européennes et à proximité du nouveau centre des expositions, c'est l'endroit idéal pour les clients en voyage d'affaires ou d'agrément. Vous pourrez vous détendre dans l'un des sites culturels proches de l'hôtel ou réveillez vos papilles dans l'un de nos restaurants.
Au Sofitel Luxembourg Europe, vous vous sentirez comme un roi. L'hôtel dispose d'un restaurant italien Radici et d'une cuisine locale au De Feierewon . Les chambres sont classiques, spacieuses avec une literie confortable.
Vos responsabilités :
- Se comporte et agit de manière exemplaire, incarnant l'esprit de la marque.
- Aide à assurer le bon fonctionnement des services et un rythme d’activité soutenu en gérant son secteur
- Aide à améliorer l'esprit d'équipe
- Contribue globalement à la satisfaction des clients par la qualité de son travail grâce à un comportement exemplaire.
- Connait les prestations proposés par l'hôtel, en informe le client et l'encourage à consommer.
- Est à l'écoute du client et lui apporte une réponse adaptée à sa demande
- Etablit d'excellente relations avec le client.
- Service au restaurant Italien "Radici"
- Minimum de 12 mois d'expérience dans un rôle similaire, incluant de préférence une expérience 5 étoiles et/ou un service client de marque de luxe.
- Sens du détail et mise en avant de la qualité du service
- Engagement minimum de 12 mois.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, l'italien est un atout
- Flexibilité pour travailler sur une liste tournante de 7 jours, y compris les week-ends et jours fériés.
- Capacité organisationnelle
Exigences de visa : Le(la) candidat(e) doit être légalement éligible pour travailler au Luxembourg. L'hôtel n'est pas en mesure d'aider les candidats à obtenir cette autorisation de travail Européenne.
