Dans ce cadre-là, l’hôtel Le Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris, Palace entièrement rénové par Philippe Starck, est composé de 149 chambres et suites dont 3 appartements privés, d’un Spa Clarins & myBlend, de quatre restaurants : Matsuhisa Paris, dédié à la gastronomie péruvo-japonaise par le Chef Nobu, Il Carpaccio, italien étoilé en partenariat avec Da Vittorio***, La Cuisine connu pour ses petits déjeuners et brunchs d’exception, et Le Bar Long proposant une carte internationale tout au long de la journée, d’innovants cocktails et de délicieux tapas. L’hôtel est connu comme le plus parisien et contemporain des Palaces à travers : une Art Concierge – une salle de cinéma - une galerie d’Art - un concept store La Librairie des Arts.

En tant que Chef de rang (H/F) au Bar Long, vous assurez un service efficace et courtois tout en respectant les procédures, dans un souci de satisfaction optimale et en accord avec les standards de notre Palace.
Responsable d'un rang, c’est-à-dire d’un groupe de tables, le chef de rang doit veiller au bon déroulement du service sur l’ensemble de ces tables, de l’accueil du client jusqu’à son départ.
MISSIONS :
- En tant qu'ambassadeur de l’image de notre Palace, vous accueillez notre clientèle et aimez créer un contact privilégié avec elle dans un souci de satisfaction optimale.
- Vous connaissez l’ensemble des articles sur les menus, leurs ingrédients, contenus et méthodes de préparation. Vous êtes capable de transmettre ces informations aux clients d'une manière claire et polie.
- Vous prenez et servez les commandes et êtes également en charge de la facturation ainsi que de l’encaissement.
- Vous assurez la mise en place de votre rang ainsi que le débarrassage et le redressage des tables.
- Vous adhérez et appliquez le règlement sur l'hygiène et la sécurité.
- Enfin, vous participez à la formation des nouveaux arrivants.
- Excellente communication en français et en anglais.
- Présentation soignée et professionnelle à tout moment.
