A quelques pas du centre-ville d’Issy-les-Moulineaux, le Domaine de la Reine Margot est une parenthèse presque cachée, loin de l’effervescence parisienne. Franchir les portes du Domaine, c’est entrer dans un lieu chargé d’histoire, une bulle vivifiante, pour y vivre une expérience hors du temps.
Nous recherchons notre prochain(e) Chef de rang H/F en EXTRA afin de compléter les équipes de notre restaurant Marguerite 1606 lors de la hausse de la fréquentation.
Parlons de vous :
- Très à l’aise tant dans la relation client que l'exécution du dressage et du débarrassage des tables en salle - votre adresse naturelle est un atout !
- Attentif au bien-être des clients et de votre équipe tout au long de votre service, vous savez vous montrer prévenant et polyvalent.
- Un brin commercial, vous aimez apporter votre touche personnelle dans le conseil des clients vers les produits de la carte.
- Leader affirmé(e), vous aimez prendre sous votre aile les commis, stagiaires et apprentis afin de les accompagner dans leur développement
En nous rejoignant comme Chef de rang H/F en extra vous travaillerez au sein de l’équipe de Stanislas, notre Directeur de la Restauration, et Anaïs, notre Responsable Restaurant.
Votre futur terrain de jeu :
Havre de paix au cœur du Domaine, les 83 chambres et suites offrent un cocon idéal pour se ressourcer. Lieu ultime de relaxation, le spa est situé face au jardin. Il offre trois cabines de massage, un sauna, un hammam, un bassin de nage de 2x8 mètres ainsi qu'un espace fitness.
Côté restauration, Marguerite 1606 est une table d'hôte botanique où il fait bon de déguster mets et boissons inspirés du potager et du verger. Au cœur de la magnifique chapelle classée monument historique, une collection de plus de 400 rhums anciens attend nos clients pour une dégustation hors du temps. Trois espaces de meeting et banquets viennent compléter l'offre du Domaine.
Vos futures missions :
- Être garant(e) de la satisfaction des clients de son rang
- Réserver un accueil chaleureux et personnalisé au client
- Offrir un service attentionné et adapté aux contraintes du client
- Être attentif(ve) aux remarques du client et en assurer le suivi
- Etablir de bonnes relations avec le client, le conseiller et le fidéliser
- Connaitre parfaitement et mettre en valeur son offre restauration
- Participer au service et le coordonner
- Organiser et contrôler le travail de ses commis de rang, apprentis et stagiaires
- Effectuer et contrôler :
- la mise en place du point de vente et des arrières
- le nettoyage et le rangement de la salle et des arrières avant et après le service
- S’informer avant chaque début de service sur la composition des plats et des éventuelles ruptures
- Adapter son organisation, son rythme de travail et son relationnel en fonction de l’affluence et du type de client
- Participer à la formation des serveurs, apprentis et stagiaires
- Développer le chiffre d’affaires de son point de vente grâce aux techniques de vente additionnelle et promouvoir les autres points de vente de l’établissement
- Contribuer à la fidélisation de la clientèle par sa qualité de service
Première expérience confirmée sur le poste dans un hôtel-restaurant de luxe.
Vos avantages :
- Taux horaire brut : 14,20€
- Indemnités nourriture : 8,30€ par vacation de 7,80h
