L’hôtel Ibis Paris Porte d'Italie, situé à Gentilly (94), est un établissement de 283 chambres doté d’un espace dynamique incluant un restaurant, un bar, un espace de travail et des salles de séminaire. Il se veut un lieu culturel et convivial, pensé pour que chaque moment passé soit mémorable, que ce soit pour le travail, la détente ou la socialisation.
Nous recherchons pour notre hôtel un Chef de Partie H/F/X, en CDI temps plein (39h/semaine).
À ce titre, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans notre cuisine au sein d’une équipe à taille humaine :
- Vous partager vos idées et vos suggestions pour améliorer les menus.
- Vous assurez la cohérence dans la préparation des produits pour les menus et/ou les plats à la carte selon les recettes et les standards de l’établissement.
- Vous assurez la communication au sein des équipes et le perfectionnement grâce aux avis clients.
- Première expérience significative sur un poste similaire.
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et challengeant.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe.
