Vous aurez pour missions de superviser l'ensemble des opérations culinaires de l'hôtel:
- Concevoir, créer et renouveler les cartes et menus en accord avec l'identité de l'établissement et les tendances gastronomiques.
- Superviser et motiver une brigade composée de chefs de partie, commis et apprentis
- Garantir la qualité constante des mets servis dans les différents points de vente
- Veiller au respect des normes d'hygiène , de sécurité
- Gérer les budgets alloués (Coût matières premières, Food Cost....)
- Participer activement à la formation, à la montée en compétences et à la fidélisation des équipes
- Collaborer étroitement avec les autres départements
- Représenter la cuisine de l'hôtel lors d'évènements, partenariats et actions de communication
Diplôme en art culinaire ou équivalent
Expérience confirmée (minimum 5 à 8 ans) en tant que Chef Exécutif ou Chef de cuisine .
Excellentes compétences en gestion d'équipe et en organisation.
Créativité, rigueur et passion pour la gastronomie haut de gamme
Maîtrise des standards internationaux de restauration et d'hygiène (HACCP)
Bon niveau de français requis
