Votre mission : Elaborer l’identité culinaire de notre concept de restauration. Contribuer au développement commercial de l’établissement en concevant des menus à votre image et adaptés aux saisons. Créer des recettes « maison » en suivant les tendances et en mettant en avant des produits locaux.
Description du poste :
Rattaché(e) à la directrice générale, vos activités sont les suivantes :
- Organiser et anticiper le service en transformant et préparant les produits conformément aux exigences en matière d'hygiène et aux fiches techniques.
- Garantir la qualité de service et la satisfaction de nos clients
- Contrôler et veiller au bon fonctionnement de la Cuisine, des équipements et au stockage des aliments
- Développer la rentabilité par une utilisation optimale des marchandises, une gestion rigoureuse, la création des fiches techniques et le respect des ratios. Réaliser l’inventaire en fin de mois, analyser les données et identifier les pistes d’amélioration
- Gérer les commandes alimentaires, et les livraisons, entretenir de bonnes relations avec les fournisseurs
- Maîtriser les procédures HACCP
- Être un élément moteur et animer, accompagner ses équipes, organiser le travail et les plannings, développer les talents et stimuler la créativité
- Appliquer les règles définies par l'entreprise en matière d'hygiène et de sécurité, de Droit du Travail, et de procédures internes.
- Être actif dans la communication
- Collaborer avec les différents services et participer à l’animation des différents points de restauration
Poste à pourvoir en Janvier 2026
Salaire : fixe + variable sur objectifs.
Issu(e) d'une formation CAP/BEP, vous justifiez d'une expérience solide à un poste similaire.
Vous êtes responsable de la qualité, de la quantité des produits et des recettes, de leur présentation
Vous êtes organisé et avez une bonne gestion du stress
Vous êtes un excellent gestionnaire, maîtrisez les coûts et la création de fiches techniques
Vous êtes pédagogue et avez le goût de transmettre afin de développer les talents.
