En collaboration étroite avec la Responsable des Ressources Humaines, vous serez chargé(e) des RH sur un site de 80 ETP. Vos missions au quotidien seront :
- Assister la RRH dans ses différentes missions : projets hôtel, contrôle de paie, recrutement, préparation des réunions avec les IRP, et développement des compétences des collaborateurs.
- Gérer l'administration du personnel et l’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs
- Élaborer et suivre des tableaux de bords et indicateurs RH
- Etre le relais auprès des collaborateurs et des chefs de services
- Participer à la mise en oeuvre du plan de formation
- Proposer et organiser des animations / projets pour les salariés
Accompagné(e) par la Responsable des Ressources Humaines vous aurez pour missions de promouvoir l’engagement des collaborateurs, de garantir le respect de la législation en vigueur en matière d’emploi et de droit du travail en accompagnant les Chefs de service.
Vous collaborez avec les chefs de services opérationnels pour apporter une réelle valeur ajoutée au fonctionnement de l’exploitation et au management des équipes.
Vous avez le sens du contact, une très bonne qualité d'écoute. Vous êtes organisé(e) et rigoureux (se), aimez travailler en équipe et avez le sens de l’initiative. Rejoignez notre équipe !
Expérience : 3 ans d'expérience
Niveau d'études : Niveau Licence / Bac +3 en spécialité Ressources Humaines
Compétences requises :
- Connaissances en droit du travail
- Maitrise d'office 365 dont Excel
- Connaissance du logiciel RH suite et Silae
