Notre hôtel de 393 chambres fraîchement rénové, situé au pied du terminal 4 de l’Aéroport d’Orly est accessible facilement grâce à la nouvelle extension de la ligne 14.

En tant que futur(e) Chargé(e) de clientèle confirmé(e) séminaires et groupes affaires et loisirs, votre objectif principal sera d’assurer la gestion et la rentabilité du service. Doté(e) d’un grand sens de la communication, d'une excellente présentation et d’un très bon sens relationnel, vous possédez une grande adaptabilité et avez à cœur la satisfaction d’une clientèle variée. Une expérience hôtelière est exigée.
Ventes :
Conseiller les clients
Gérer le portefeuille clients et réaliser le suivi des offres : follow-up
Assurer l’animation du portefeuille de clients par le biais d’offres ponctuelles internes + prospection téléphonique
Assurer la bonne communication de nos promotions
Participer à la stratégie commerciale
Développer la relation clients/fidélisation
Assurer la conversion des demandes en événements confirmés
Suivre rigoureusement et dans les délais, les dossiers en cours : relances des options et renégociation
Contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs de CA
Etre garant de la qualité de service et du suivi qualitatif des manifestations de l’accueil au départ des clients (ouverture, qualité des prestations restauration, etc)
Suivre la comptabilité et la gestion des comptes débiteurs du service commercial
Veiller à offrir les meilleures prestations en respectant la demande du client et au développement du CA de l’hôtel
Préparer et participer au revenue meeting
Mise en place de procédures
Gestion administrative
Relationnel :
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le responsable restauration, le chef de cuisine, mais aussi l’ensemble des autres chefs de service
Etre garant de la communication entre les services en amont et lors des manifestations séminaires
Briefings hebdomadaires, point commercial
Expérience hôtelière exigée
Première expérience réussie en tant que chargé(e) de clientèle en hôtellerie
