Are you ready to join a fantastic team at a vibrant hotel in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam? We're seeking a passionate, welcoming, and enthusiastic Cable Car Station Bellboy to be the warm, friendly face of our establishment.

• Greet guests with genuine warmth upon arrival and throughout their stay
• Assist guests with luggage handling and room guidance
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities
• Maintain a friendly and approachable presence in the hotel lobby and entrance
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
• Perform various errands and tasks as requested by guests or management
• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel entrance and lobby area
• Assist with parking and valet services when required
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
• Contribute to creating a positive and memorable experience for all guests

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanour
• Physical fitness to handle luggage and stand for extended periods
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic English language proficiency; knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Familiarity with Phu Quoc island and its attractions
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
• Attention to detail and a well-groomed appearance
• Problem-solving skills to handle guest concerns efficiently
• Previous experience in hospitality is preferred but not essential
