Job Description

  1. Assisting with next day arrival pre-setup (dulang, fruit bowl, napkin + plates).
  2. Transporting SR amenities from SB to IVD every afternoon.
  3. Supporting in-house guest buggy movement.
  4. Supporting buggy movement for site inspection.
  5. Assisting butler for clear up check out villas.
  6. Assisting bellman for car set up.
  7. Assisting to deliver guest’s luggage from lobby to villa if bellman is not available.
  8. Assisting to collect guest’s luggage from villa to lobby if bellman is not available.
  9. Checking stock of mineral water in luggage store, ensure minimum 2 boxes are ready.
  10. Be responsible for buggy cleanliness and maintenance requirements.
  11. Perform any other duty as directed by superior.

General Responsibilities

  1. Maintain high score on guest satisfaction at all time.
  2. Responsible for the elaboration and implementation of standards related to SOP and LQA standards.
  3. Regularly conducts routine inspections of areas under his control.
  4. Checks all Front Office equipment including operator work space, making sure they are in clean and in good working conditions, follow up on equipment that need repair, additional spare parts, replacement or disposal.
  5. Co-operates with the Purchasing department in locating sources for needed items, substitutes locally available for imported ones and ensure best quality and value for money.
  6. Controls costs by minimizing / decreasing chances of property damage,   maintaining   adequate inventory of items including stationeries and collaterals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Hospitality  
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in Front Office
  • Excellent English communication on both verbal and writing skills
  • Knowledge of hotel communication system and computer interface
