As the Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing exceptional breakfast menus that delight our guests and showcase the best of both Dutch and international cuisines.
- Oversee the breakfast kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Make sure the breakfast is well taken care off throughout the opening times, assuring prompt and timely refill of the buffet
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to manage inventory, place orders, and control food costs while maintaining quality standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment
- Work in a fast paced environment where no day is the same
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests professionally and efficiently
- Experience as a breakfast chef is desired - preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and effective communication skills
- Proficiency in English; Dutch language is a plus
- Understanding of various dietary restrictions and food allergens
- Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends as required
- Creativity and passion for culinary innovation
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment

8% gross holiday allowance (accrued monthly), paid out in May every year
