Beverage Manager

Beverage Program Development & Management

• Design and implement an innovative beverage program, including signature cocktails, fine wines, and premium spirits.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create unique pairings and seasonal beverage menus.
• Maintain an extensive and well-balanced beverage inventory, ensuring quality and variety.
• Keep up with industry trends, incorporating new techniques and flavours into the menu.

Operational Excellence & Financial Performance

• Oversee the daily operations of all bar outlets, ensuring seamless service and efficiency.
• Manage beverage costs, pricing strategies, and revenue optimization.
• Implement cost-control measures while maintaining product quality.
• Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase revenue.

Guest Experience & Service Standards

• Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high service standards.
• Train and mentor bartenders and service staff in mixology, beverage knowledge, and service techniques.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any beverage-related concerns effectively.

Inventory, Procurement & Compliance

• Manage ordering and supplier relationships to ensure the best pricing and product availability.
• Conduct regular stock checks and ensure proper storage and handling of beverages.

• Ensure compliance with all local liquor laws and regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or Food & Beverage Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience of experience in similar role preferably in a 5* hotel or high-end restaurant environment that is reputable and most talked-about in Bali or Indonesia.
• Proven background in beverage or bar management, with strong knowledge of mixology, wine, and spirits.
• Experience with inventory management, ordering, cost control, and supplier relations.
• Familiar with local regulations on alcohol service and safety standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Open for Indonesian citizen only and preferably Bali domiciled
