Key Responsibilities:

• Mixology and Service: Craft a wide range of cocktails and beverages with precision, whilst providing exceptional guest service and personalised recommendations.

• Bar Management: Maintain a clean, organised bar area, manage stock, and assist in menu development to ensure a polished guest experience.

• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with bar staff and other departments to maintain efficient service and a positive team environment.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay informed of industry trends and new techniques to enhance skills and contribute fresh ideas to the bar's offerings.

• Luxury Experience: Proven track record in a luxury hospitality environment, demonstrating sophisticated service delivery.
• Skills and Knowledge: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in luxury hotel operations and management software, and understanding of service protocols.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience preferred.
• Personal Qualities: Passionate, authentic individual with a commitment to creating memorable experiences and embracing diversity.

As a Bartender at Our habitas Ras Abrouq, Qatar, you will expertly craft cocktails and beverages, enhancing our luxurious guest experience with your creativity and attention to detail.
