At BB’s Bar, we pride ourselves on creating memorable moments for every guest — whether it’s a casual catch-up, pre-event drink, or late-night unwind. We’re looking for an energetic and passionate Bartender to bring their flair for service and love for mixology to our team.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver warm, attentive, and professional service to every guest.

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages - from classic cocktails to craft beers and fine wines.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

• Assist in stock management - including ordering, rotating, and restocking beverages and supplies.

• Create a welcoming and upbeat atmosphere that reflects the vibrant energy of BB’s Bar.

• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service across the venue

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment (hotel bar experience a plus).

• RSA certification (Responsible Service of Alcohol) – essential.

• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, and bar operations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and event nights.

• A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a genuine smile.
