Job Description
You are the story behind every memorable evening. What you will be doing:
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages, and drinks according to MGallery standards and guest preferences
- Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized service while creating memorable guest experiences
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout the operation
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of beverages, cocktails, ingredients, and preparation techniques
- Take guest orders accurately and provide knowledgeable recommendations when requested
- Ensure all beverages are presented consistently, professionally, and attractively
- Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment requirements to the supervisor
- Handle cash and billing procedures accurately in accordance with hotel standards
- Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and responsible service standards
- Support the team during busy periods and contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment
- Embody the MGallery spirit through warm, refined, and attentive service
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, beer, wine, and spirits
- Proficiency in using systems and cash handling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking abilities and time management skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bartending certification preferred
- Knowledge of local liquor laws and regulations
- Ability to work in a diverse, multicultural environment
