Cet hôtel allie l'art de vivre français à l'hospitalité arabo-berbère, offrant ainsi des expériences clients exceptionnelles
Principales responsabilités :
- Accueille le client et contribue, par une relation chaleureuse et détendue, à sa fidélisation
- Optimise les ventes dans le respect des référentiels de service Sofitel et des règles spécifiques au bar
- Accueille et installe le client dès son arrivée
- Fait preuve, à l’égard des clients habitués, de reconnaissance tout en demeurant discret
- Connaît parfaitement la carte
- Contribue à l’animation et à la décoration du bar
- Prépare et sert les consommations selon les usages propres à chacune et les accompagnements salés ou sucrés
- Prend en charge les éventuelles réclamations du client et y apporte rapidement une solution.
- Prend connaissance de la qualité des prestations offertes par le biais des commentaires clients et des audits de qualité et prend les mesures correctrices nécessaires
- Procède à la facturation des consommations et aux encaissements.
- Gère le fonds de caisse qui lui est confié pendant son service
- Assure la mise en place et l'approvisionnement du bar.
- Assure le bon entretien du matériel et des locaux mis à sa disposition
- Applique les règles de la législation locale relative à la vente des boissons
- Connaissance de la législation relative à la vente de boissons
- Bonne connaissance des alcools et cocktails
- Sens relationnel et souci du client.
