Job Description

This is an opportunity to showcase your warmth, enthusiasm and commitment to service excellence to visitors in Queenstown, while enjoying one of the best views in town!

Provide friendly and efficient food and beverage service, across our signature restaurant, Lombardi - including breakfast to dinner service, conference and events banqueting, and room service delivery.

As a Barista  you will be responsible for making and serving outstanding coffees and serving customers required, you would need to work shifts to support the team with waiting duties, work behind the bar and explain menu and drink options and serving food to tables.


Qualifications

You will harness your luxury attitude, with humble excellence, a distinguished presence, and elevated emotional intelligence. Your pride and passion will be complemented by:

  • Previous Food & Beverage waiting experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive and can-do attitude, with a flair for sales
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Knowledge of wines is advantageous
  • Experience as a barista, with knowledge of different coffee orders, alternative milks, basic latte art preferred
  • Must have working rights in New Zealand
