Responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages, in a fast-paced café environment. Ensures high-quality customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and maintaining a clean and welcoming workspace. Baristas are knowledgeable about coffee blends, brewing methods, and food safety standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification in food safety or barista training (e.g., TESDA Barista NC II or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting preferred.
• Experience operating espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
