Job Description
Create inspiring mixology. Here you can indulge your curiosity and passion for different flavours and ingredients. Extending your knowledge of cocktails, spirits and beers, you can delight guests with new tasting experiences and take pride in serving the drinks they know, just the way they love them.
Additionally, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staff schedules, inventory, and bar cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years service experience within a high-volume bar environment.
- Effective communication, time management and problem-solving capabilities
- A WSET 2 or WSET 3 certification
- Service focused personality with a passion for food & Beverage and exemplary product knowledge of cocktails, wine and beer
- Valid South Australian Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
