Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will:

• Be responsible for supporting the Venue Manager in supervising the daily operations and team members of the Brewery Bar + Kitchen.

• Play a key role with major event activations, coaching and supporting team members and ensuring compliance across our beverage, gaming and restaurant areas.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Experience in a similar role or environment (highly desired).

• A resilient and enthusiastic personality.

• A genuine desire to provide exceptional service.

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, public holidays and event days.

• A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate and RCG Competency Card.
