Job Description
- Oversee daily bar operations and coordinate with F&B, kitchen, stewarding, and front office to ensure seamless guest service
- Maintain 5-star standards of cleanliness, setup, glassware polish, and ambience at all times
- Act as the senior point of contact on the floor during peak hours, supporting bartenders and resolving issues in real time
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise bartenders and mixologists
- Develop seasonal promotions and signature cocktails aligned with international drink trends to drive revenue
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships for liquor, beverages, and bar supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of extensive experience managing bar operations within a hotel environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and training skills
- Service-oriented with meticulous attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
- Food & Beverage certification(s) will be an advantage
