We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bar Manager to lead our dynamic bar operations. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in driving excellent guest experiences and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily bar operations, including opening/closing, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance, to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise bar team, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
• Efficiently manage beverage inventory, control waste, and conduct regular counts to optimize costs.
• Ensure outstanding guest experiences, promptly resolve complaints, and build strong rapport with customers.
• Develop dynamic beverage menus, introduce new drink concepts, and ensure offerings align with brand standards and profitability.
• Guarantee adherence to all local laws, licensing requirements, and hotel policies related to bar operations.
• Monitor sales, prepare revenue reports, and collaborate on budgeting and forecasting to drive profitability.
• Coordinate promotions with marketing team and plan special events to increase foot traffic and enhance the bar's visibility.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in bar management, ideally within a high-volume hotel or hospitality environment.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work culture.
• Strong understanding of P&L statements, cost control, inventory management, and effective budgeting to drive profitability.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to deliver outstanding guest experiences and adeptly resolve issues.
• In-depth knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, cocktails, and current beverage trends.
• Experience with innovative menu development is a significant advantage.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and proactive problem-solving abilities to efficiently address operational challenges.
• Comprehensive knowledge of health, safety, and local alcohol licensing regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Competent in using POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
